The Loom weave has been very famous since the 1920’s. In 1917 the American Marshall Burns Lloyd developed a new way of weaving since the import of rattan was stopped during World War 1. Using the principals of textile machinery, he wove on a loom twisted recyclable Kraft paper around a metal wire. The Loom is a smooth, even and very strong weave.
Elegant and charming shapes can be lacquered in endless colour charts. The feet are finished with a polyethylene pad to avoid floor damage.
